Q. Why hire a cleaning service?
A. Time is valuable, do you really want to be cleaning? Our service frees up your time to do the things you enjoy.

Q. I have pets, is this a problem?
A. WE LOVE PETS! Please advise us of any animals such as cats that may try to escape quickly if a door is opened. It is also best if larger dogs are contained during our visit, this allows us to concentrate on cleaning your home.

Q. What products/tools do you use?
A.  Microfibre cloths and mopheads. Baking soda, Benefect, and Method. Miele vacuum.

Q. Is there anything I need to do before your visit?
A. We ask that you do a quick tidy of personal items the evening before our visit, this allows us to devote our time to cleaning your home.

Q. What supplies do you need from me?
A. A toilet brush in the bathrooms please, and any specific green cleaner of your preference.
justclean supplies everything else, green cleaners & cloths, vacuum and mops.

Q. Will the same person be cleaning my house?
A. Yes, we schedule the same cleaner who is familiar with your personal needs. If something were to change, you would be notified in advance.

Q. What is your hourly rate?
A.  
justclean charges by the job, which is based on house size, location, pets, flooring type, number of bathrooms and bedrooms. Time spent in your home may vary each visit. We don't leave until its clean!

Q. Do I need to be home for your visit? How will you get in?
A.  You do not need to be present for our visit unless, of course you prefer to be. Most of our clientele give us a key, leave a key for us in a lockbox, or give us the access code to the garage.

Q. How do I arrange payment for your cleaning service?
A. Payment is due upon visit. Cash or cheque made payable to
justclean can be left in an envelope on your kitchen counter.

Q. What happens if I have to cancel?
A.  
justclean appreciates 24 hours notice. However, we do understand that things can change at a moments notice. If cancellation is not made before our staff arrive at your home a $30 fee will apply.

Q. How do I redeem my giftcard?
A. Just let us know when you phone to book your appointment and it will be taken note of.

Q. What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
A.  If your scheduled cleaning falls on a statutory holiday we will contact you to reschedule
